Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu.
Day 2 Sightseeing and Acclimatisation, Kathmandu.
Day 3 Fly to Lukla, 2046 mtrs, trek to Surke, 2339 mtrs
           Trek to Paijam, 2835 mtrs
Day 4 Trek to Kharte, 2072 mtrs
           Trek to Pangum, 3178 mtrs

Day 5 Trek to Inkhu Khola and Teashop
           Trek to Najing Dingma

Day 6 Trek to Gai Goth
           Trek to Chalem Kharka

Day 7 Trek to Panch Pokhari or Khola Camp
         Note: Pack lunch will be carried on this day.
Day 8 Trek to Kothe
           Note: Pack and hot drinks will be carried on this day.

Day 9 Trek to Saure,
           Trek to Thagnag, 4356 mtrs

Day 10 Rest, Exploration, and Acclimatisation, Thagnag.
Day 11 Trek to Khare Base Camp, 5099mtrs, Rest and Camp.
Day 12 Trek to Mera La, 5415 mtrs, and Descend East side
           Fitting Crampons

Day 13 Trek to High Camp, 5800 mtrs
Day 14 Trek to North Summit, Mera Peak, 6476 mtrs. Return to Khare Base.
Day 15 Trek to Thagnag,.Trek to Kothe,

Day 16 Trek to Thakthok Cave Single hotel
           Trek to Chhatarwa

Day 17 Trek to Lukla, with Lunch at Chhutanga.
Day 18 Fly to Kathmandu.

* If you are with less than the minimum number of participants please contact us. We can bring you into contact with other people who would be interested to do the same trek and by posting a message to our message board you might find other people who would like to join you.

Equipment allowance :

Legally each expedition must provide an equipment allowance for all Sherpa guides and porters. This allowance is necessary for brand new equipment (sleeping bag, shoes, crampons, down jacket, raincoat etc.). Because this expedition is not a high altitude expedition we will negotiate with the guides and porters to obtain an acceptable agreement for this allowance. Neverthless the contribution of each participant will be around US$100.
